Ive done the same thing with easter eggs and know a cooler trick you can do with them when they get older!
1.Put eggs in dye 2.tack a dried out pen, (Or theres a speial kit, either works) and put melted wax in a design on the eggs. 3.Dip the eggs in a dye you like and wait for it to dry. 4.Finally take the egg and take the wax off and vuala! The pattern you mad with wax is still there!
The kids and I had a lot of laughs this morning coloring eggs. I love my babies and never want them to grow up!
